Jacksonville ISD – Historic Tomato Bowl Renovations

Renovations to the Tomato Bowl included new LED lighting, grass turf, windows, as well as:

  • New restrooms
  • New home team dressing room
  • New visitor dressing room
  • New concession stands
  • All new seating for home and visitors
  • State-of-the-art press box with a VIP suite
  • ADA accessibility throughout the stadium

A bit of history was preserved by leaving the historic red stone walls that surround the stadium untouched, along with the walls of the ticket/concession entry building and the exterior features outside of the stadium were left intact to keep the original look built by the WPA in the late ’30s.

Melissa ISD – North Creek Elementary

North Creek Elementary was Melissa ISD’s second elementary built in the school district and opened in the fall of 2018. The project required building a new 77,000 SF elementary school complete with classrooms, administrative spaces, cafetorium, library, gymnasium, and an ICC-500 complaint storm shelter.

Van ISD – J.E. Rhodes Elementary School

Project Plans and Specs

The new 64,000 SF J.E. Rhodes Elementary School replaced the facility destroyed during a tornado that devastated the City of Van on May 10, 2015. The beautiful facility includes classrooms, administrative offices, a gym, cafeteria, and outdoor learning center.

Richardson ISD – Operations Center

This two-story operations center was built to include office space for several departments, a conference area, indoor print shop, indoor warehouse, indoor vehicle service center, and ancillary support areas. Site improvements also included parking, covered parking for equipment, covered walkways, and fuel depot.

Van ISD 2016 Bond Program

Intermediate School: Approximately 6,380 SF of new classroom additions; renovation of approximately 2,150 SF of Administrative Area.

Middle School:  Approximately 10,180 SF of new toilets and classroom additions and renovation of approximately 4,125 SF of Gym space into a Band Hall.

High School:  An approximate 36,850 SF new Career and Technology facility.

Tyler ISD – Three Lakes Middle School

Project Plans and Specs

This 150,000 SF two-story middle school was constructed to include classrooms, a library, 6 high school-level science labs, two gyms, cafetorium, administrative offices, band hall, outdoor learning areas, courtyard, 6-lane synthetic track, synthetic turf football field, bus loop, parent pick-up/drop off & parking. The athletic wing consisted of a competition gym with seating for 1,000, an auxiliary gym, concession area, weight room, girls’ locker room, and the boys’ locker room.

Harts Bluff ISD – K-8 Additions and Renovations

Project Overview

Improvements to the Lindale Eagle Stadium included a new 4,376 SF field house, new synthetic turf field & track, new stadium lighting, band bleachers and various site improvements. It also contained separate offices for both home & visitor coaches, a training room, and a dressing room for officials.
