As the Senior Project Manager, Matt is an additional level of support to the client and the project team. Making sure the client is provided first-class service is his top priority. This includes schedules, budgets, and quality of work. With over 10 years in commercial construction, Matt has grown through the ranks starting as a Field Technician and hitting every position; Assistant Superintendent, Project Superintendent, and Project Manager. His experience has made him capable of effectively communicating with all members of the project.
