Anna ISD – High School Additions & Renovations

This project encompasses 45,000 SF of innovation. This venture entails expansions to the existing campus, featuring state-of-the-art classrooms, floral design, science labs, dance studio, and a practice gym that provides the campus’ second storm shelter. We elevated the safety standards of the entire campus with a modernized fire alarm system with voice evacuation, per new fire alarm codes.

Spring Hill ISD – Auditorium Renovations

The existing auditorium received all new lighting, finishes, and equipment including house lights, theatrical lights, curtains and rigging, carpet, seating, and aisle lighting. The exterior entrance received a new barrel vault canopy showing a prominent entrance to the facility.

Burleson ISD – REALM Secondary School Renovation

This project included a 34,000 SF renovation of existing office space to repurpose as a computer coding focused school. Upgrades included a new roof on over 60% of building, refurbished exterior metal sheathing, repair of roof decking, upgrade of existing elevator, creation of classrooms through the install of glass partitions and installation of all new HVAC system. Addition of new warming kitchen & cafeteria, new MDF and IDF backbone and cabling, and conversion of adjacent streets to dedicated school zones.

Richardson ISD – Brentfield Elementary School

The project scope for the Brentfield Elementary consisted of a new 38,000 SF addition and 90,000 SF of renovations. The new addition connected the two pre-existing structures and included a new cafeteria, kitchen, classrooms, offices, and gymnasium. The gymnasium is an ICC-500 designed storm shelter constructed primarily of ICF wall and steel joists. The sitework also included additional utilities, landscaping, detention pond, parking, fire lane paving to encircle the campus, and 2 new playground structures.
