Tim founded Jackson Construction in 1984 and has led a “hands-on” approach to managing the business ever since. He is a man of impeccable character and believes strongly in delivering exceptional customer service to all project stakeholders. Tim has created a company culture which attracts employees of character and superior talent, which is apparent in our leadership team.

EXPERIENCE

For over three decades, we have served satisfied clients in the roles of Construction Manager, General Contractor and Design/Build Consultant.

During that time we’ve gained extensive experience in school construction, specifically in the areas of project planning and design, project cost estimating and contract negotiating.  We are also proficient at job supervision, quality control and coordination of subcontractor’s suppliers.  This attention to detail means we know how to deliver a project on-time and within budget.

At Jackson, we are ever vigilant to changes in the industry, especially when incorporating new and innovative construction methods and techniques that can save time, money and add to longevity and reliability.
